RULLO DI NOHA (PUGLIA, ITALY) Notes of cherry compote and carob sit alongside floral notes of violet, spicy notes of vanilla and toasted cocoa. The palate is dry, with gentle tannins. The finish is well balanced with good structure and a chocolate note at the end.
